Cancellation Policy
1. Booking confirmation Your appointment will be confirmed once the payment has been completed. You will receive an email with all the details and the link to join the video call. 2. Changes or rescheduling You can reschedule your appointment at least 4 hours in advance at no additional cost. To do so, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, providing your booking number and preferred new time. 3. Cancellations and refunds If you cancel more than 4 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance are non-refundable. In case of a no-show without prior notice, the session will be considered lost and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 4. Punctuality We recommend joining the call at least 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the call may be shortened or cancelled depending on availability. 5.
