Cancellation Policy
Al reservar una llamada con Destino Dubai, aceptas los siguientes términos: 1. Confirmación de la reserva Tu cita quedará confirmada una vez realizado el pago. Recibirás un correo con todos los detalles y el enlace para conectarte a la videollamada. 2. Cambios o reprogramaciones Puedes reprogramar tu cita con un mínimo de 4 horas de antelación sin coste adicional. Para hacerlo, contáctanos por email o WhatsApp con tu número de reserva y nuevo horario deseado. 3. Cancelaciones y devoluciones Si cancelas con más de 4 horas de antelación, recibirás un reembolso completo. Cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 4 horas de antelación no serán reembolsables. En caso de no presentarte (“no-show”) sin previo aviso, la sesión se considerará perdida y no se podrá reembolsar ni reprogramar. 4. Puntualidad Te recomendamos conectarte con al menos 5 minutos de antelación. Si llegas con más de 15 minutos de retraso, la llamada podrá ser cancelada o acortada según disponibilidad. 5.
